LAZO Inc. actively employs overseas animators. We assign talented animators from all over the world,

including Europe, China, North America, and South America. ( Some Japanese, of course. )

海外アニメーターとクオリティやスピードについて細かく話し合ってコラボレーションを行なっているほか、

タイムシートの読解力や素材分けの知識を共有します。

採用者から各プロジェクトにリーダーとなるシニア・アニメーターを選任して厳密なクオリティコントロールも実施。

希望するアニメーターにはさらに細かく「日本式アニメ」のノウハウを教える講義を行ったりもしております。

LAZOは世界で幅広く様々なアニメーション / クリエーションに携わりたいクリエーターたちとチームになって創作します。

Our test is based not only on quality and speed but also on the ability to read timelines and knowledge of material classification.

If you are not familiar with a Japanese timesheet system, we can even teach you with LATP(LAZO Anime Teaching Program).

We appoint senior animators from among our collaborating animators to lead each project and conduct strict quality control.
