Bellamy Luna Brooks

Bellamy Luna Brooks is an American animator working in the Japanese animation industry. She is known for her work in animation and character design, with most of her credits in Japanese TV anime.

Brooks studied Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Theatre, gaining experience in filmmaking, acting, and media production. During her time at university, she worked as a producer and reporter for the campus news station and contributed to other media projects, including radio and print journalism.

In 2022, Brooks joined her brother, Jarrett Martin, in building Tonari Animation, an innovative, global anime studio with the mission to expand the job market to the rest of the world. Despite the challenges of launching a new studio, she gained credits on projects such as That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime, Lord of the Rings: War of the Rohirrim, and Dungeon Meshi. She also began her career as a character designer and directed her first project, Ironmouse Unleashed (2023), for Vtuber Ironmouse's 6th anniversary. Since then she has produced independent animation projects for other online content creators, such as the Vshojo Nova debut teaser in 2024.

Brooks is employed at Studio Mother as an Animation Supervisor as of January 2025.
